Véronique Biscop
Véronique Biscop qualified as a Master of Laws from Antwerp University in 2009.
She subsequently obtained a Master's Degree in Maritime and Transport Law from Antwerp University.
She started her traineeship at the Antwerp bar in 2010 with the law firm Marcon & Rubens. During her traineeship, she enrolled in the Advanced Transport Insurance Training Course organised by the Royal Belgian Association of Transport Insurers.
Véronique worked with Marcon & Rubens until 2023 and started then a career as an Insurance Counsel with DEME Group which enabled her to further develop her legal expertise in insurance matters in an international context.
In April 2025 however, her passion for the legal profession led her to return to the bar.
Véronique is now a partner within Quadrant Legal, where she contributes to the future development of the firm.
She is secretary of the maritime association UNIVERSHA and member of the Belgian Maritime Law Association.
Véronique speaks and writes Dutch, French and English.
